Overview

Offering Free Shipping method is a great way to attract new and existing customers. We know that it's an essential part of your marketing strategy which is why we included it in our feature set to make things easier for you.


How to Add Free Shipping Promo

To set up a Free Shipping method, follow these steps:

  1. Click Marketing > Promo discounts > Add Promo Code.
  2. Under Promo Type, select Shipping.
  3. Enter Free Shipping for the title. 
  4. Set Discount as 100 and Discount Type as %.
  5. Set the Minimum amount required if you’d like the customer to spend at least a certain amount to get the free shipping.
  6. Set the Start and End Dates for the promo.
  7. Click Save.

That's it! Your customers can now enjoy free shipping in your online store once they meet the requirements to avail of the promo.
