How to Enable Norton Shopping Guarantee

To enable the Norton Shopping Guarantee, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your control panel, and go to Apps. 
  2. Click on the Norton Shopping Guarantee logo.
  3. Click Enable.

        4. Enter your Store Number and Hash Code. You will retrieve this from Norton. Then click Activate.

  • You will now see the Norton logo appear at the bottom left corner of your website.


After you or your customer completed the checkout process, you will then be presented with a message from Norton, plus the option to leave instant feedback.
