Every PinnacleCart has its own unique login page. The address to your cart's admin login page will depend on the domain you have on your account and whether or not the DNS for that domain is pointing to us.
https://example-xxx.mypinnaclecart.com/login.php (replace "example" with your actual domain and "xxx" with your domain's actual TLD extension such as .com, .net, etc)
If you have purchased a dedicated SSL Certificate for your domain, your carts admin login page will be:
https://www.example.com/login.php replace "example.com" with your actual domain)
Now, find what version of the cart you are using depending on the version.
For PinnacleCart versions 3.5.0 thru to 3.7.15 r2 your login screen will look like the below and will reflect what version you are using right on this page.
Now to find what version of your cart you are using if you are on 3.8.0 or higher follow the steps below if your login pages look like what is below.
For PinnacleCart versions, 3.8.0 thru to 3.8.5 r1 your login screen will look like the below.
For PinnacleCart version 3.8.6 r1 to 3.8.7 r2, your login screen will look like the below.
From 3.8.0 to 3.8.7 go to the My Account drop-down menu at the top right of the admin area and select Billing.
Go to the My Account drop-down menu at the top right of the admin area and select Cart Information on the left as seen below.
This will show you the version you are on the screen below.
For PinnacleCart version 3.9.0 and above, your login screen will look like the below.
