1. Log in to your account at https://account.pinnaclecart.com.
2. Click the drop-down menu beside your Account Name. Then, select Billing.
3. Select the add-on or feature you wish to cancel then click Request Service Cancellation.
4. Fill out the form and click Cancel Service.
5. After canceling, your request will be sent to Billing for processing. This can take up to 3 business days.
